CREATIVE TECHNO COLLEGE situated at Baluakata, Sharadhapur, Angul. It has been started as Institutional level in year. How ever,2010 is considered the base year for the college as under graduate courses in computer application and management. In 2018 another course B.Sc. in computer science has been added under this umbrella. In 2019 our college has been recognized by Government of Odisha, department of Higher Education and Affiliated to Utkal University and also we are awarded as best professional college in the same year by Odisha Education Award 2019. We have received AICTE approval in 2024 which ensures the college is adhering to strict standards in terms of infrastructures, faculty, teaching methodology and overall educational excellence. The founder of the college Mr. Gyanendra Sahu has dedicatedly worked hard to make the college the 1ST Permanent Approved College of Angul in Central Odisha.
