Creative Techno College, Angul (A Unit Of Creative Knowledge Foundation) is located at Balukata, Sharadhapur, Angul. It is recognized by Govt. of Odisha, Dept. of Higher Education and affiliated to Utkal University. It is a pioneer college in Central Odisha providing IT and management education like BCA, BBA & B.Sc. Computer Science under Utkal University, Vani Vihar, Bhubaneswar.

The college has a group of experienced faculties and supporting staff. It has well-equipped infrastructure and air-conditioned computer labs. Besides course curriculum, the college emphasizes developing students' "professional skills" through soft skill training like spoken English, group discussions, debates, ad-mad shows, quizzes, mock interviews, and more.
